Description
The Janeiro table is distinguished by a concrete block as base, which recalls the well-known Brazilian promontory, Rio di Janeiro’s "Sugar Loaf". The base of the table plays with two dome-shaped solids, in balance between each other, whereas the top seems to magically balance on top of the base. The honest and raw approach of the concrete marries perfectly with the soft lines of the base and top, the latter available in a circular, barrel or rectangular shape. The table top is available in the following finishes: transparent glass, grey smoked glass, glossy or matte glass, XGlass and wood, providing a suggestive and unique material contrast.
