Raw Edges worked on the idea of the bookcase as an object that becomes usable material, transforming and reinventing its function, creating a multifunctional object that serves simultaneously as a side table, shelf and bookcase. Its essence is all about the two parallel rails sustained by light and geometric legs. On top of this structure different wooden rods in the shape of the classic bookmark become mobile elements that work as ’hangers’, transforming the bookcase from a horizontal to a vertical element.
