Fenc-e Nature is the new collection of furniture with "relaxed elegance", designed by Philippe Starck, consisting of an armchair, a two or three-seater sofa, and a table with two height options. The seating collection features organic shapes, almost primitive, and material elements such as the armrest in sandblasted solid teak or the backrest, reclinable in two different positions, hand-woven in rope or willow, a living material, never used in this context. The backrest mechanism is inspired by Asian architecture and is designed to emulate nature itself: a support pole in solid teak wood crafted to appear as a natural branch, held in place by two wooden nails.
