In 1970, Verner Panton designed a vast collection of furniture for the Visiona exhibit, which included the Amoebe chaise longue. The new edition of this chaise longue offers greater comfort thanks to its flexible backrest frame. Amoebe (see picture) has a folded metal frame with polyurethane foam padding and fabric upholstery (available in a variety of colours). Available in a Amoebe Highback version with flexible backrest that extends til the head, creating a canopy structure.
