Professor Desk, along with the smaller table Student Desk, was designed by Poul Kjærholm in 1955 for the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and is now part of the Carl Hansen&Son production. Made from Oregon pine wood veneer it is also available in either oil-treated or black painted oak veneer. Its steel frame is available in either black or grey lacquer and can be complemented by a drawer in oak (oil-treated, lacquered or black-painted). Professor Desk and Student Desk are highly versatile tables which can be used as desk, dining table or writing desk in a variety of different spaces.
